MEET OUR
a-team

Alisha Gregg
President/CEO, RID, NCIDQ, IIDA
As the owner of bfd interiors, this is my favorite part of the website! It is this section where I’m able to gush about the A-Team of people who work with us and are assigned the pleasure of working together on incredible projects for every single client. Every person with us has the technical credentials, licenses and education needed that you will see with every design firm you review. But I find it’s a bit more interesting for you to see these wonderful people through my heartfelt stories about them, and that little something that makes them quite unique.
We all have Pinterest pages set up with our interests, our vision boards, our motivational clips and other things so that you can know us on a little bit more of a personal level, so be sure to spend some time there.

Karen Albin
Quoting, Procurement, Logistics Management
“You will be hard pressed to find someone in the industry who works harder, is more pleasant and humble, and quicker on delivery.…”
Karen Albin
I describe Karen as a checks-and-balances person with a designer’s eye. She negotiates strongly with manufacturers and CSRs to keep them on task and make our clients’ projects a priority in their queue. She assists the designers with special finish and fabric concerns to bridge the gap between the designer and the vendor. Karen has a brain for literally hundreds of details at a time and takes care of many issues before anyone knows they were even a problem. This includes expediting shipments with our vendors and working with them to ensure our client is getting exactly what they are expecting, on time. Karen owned her own company in another city before coming to BFD and approaches her role with a level of ownership and service that is personal on behalf of our clients. She knows how important she is to the logistical success of every project.
Karen is personally invested in our clients’ success. Preparation and execution are her superpowers, wrapped in a bundle of care. She is a knitting master by hobby – which seems apropos for the host of details she knits together for us.

Kirsten Ramirez
RID, NCIDQ
“When we need to organize a complex installation, Kirsten saves the day. I secretly think she can leap tall buildings in a single bound...…”
Kirsten Ramirez
I’ve seen her problem solve highly intricate design problems where I would have given up long ago. When we have a systems reconfiguration and all the parts and pieces are strewn about and must be counted, reorganized, redesigned, and filler parts specified to make the system work again for a client, Kirsten is our go-to. When we need to highly organize a complex design installation, Kirsten saves the day. When our IT guy is nowhere to be found, and our computers need a touch or a kick, she waltzes in and waves a magic wand to keep us going. She is definitely our back house problem-engineer for our technology and I secretly think she can leap tall buildings in a single bound.
She recently adopted a dog named Gracie, and yes, there is an Instagram page you can follow…Oh Goodness Gracie

Lexi Page
Interior Designer
“If creativity had a superhero, Lexi would be wearing the cape (and probably designing it herself).“
Lexi Page
From higher education and healthcare spaces to C-suite offices, Lexi brings a unique blend of artistry and technical skill to every project. Whether she’s specifying furniture, space planning, or orchestrating full design builds—down to the finishes and floorplans—she does it all with a keen eye and a fresh perspective.
Her creativity isn’t just reserved for work; it’s woven into everything she does. A natural artist at heart, she’s just as comfortable with a sketchpad as she is with CAD, and her love for color and detail shines as vibrantly as the tattoos she wears. Add in her humor, kindness, and unwavering support for the team, and it’s clear—Lexi doesn’t just design spaces, she brings them to life.

Teri Holman
Design Associate
“We’ve all learned to work remotely, from anywhere. bfd is embracing that work-life growth mindset.”
Teri Holman
Her thoroughness, organization, and next-level project management set the standard for excellence at bfd interiors. Overdelivering isn’t just something she does—it’s her default setting. Whether she’s guiding a client through the design process, coordinating logistics, or keeping complex projects on track, she brings a level of precision that ensures no detail is left to chance.
Outside of work, you’ll find her tending to her goats, chickens, cats, and an ever-growing list of farm animals and plants. But even from miles away, she brings warmth, inclusivity, and a quick wit that keeps staff meetings lively. Her ability to make every team member and client feel connected, no matter the distance, makes her an irreplaceable part of the bfd a-team.

Shandi Warren
Design Associate
“Whether she’s crafting the perfect layout, managing resources, or bringing fresh ideas to the table”
Shandi Warren
Shandi joined bfd interiors as a full-time design associate after interning with us throughout her senior year at Texas Tech—much to the delight of our entire team. She plays a key role in space planning and floor plans, ensuring that every design is functional, efficient, and tailored to the needs of the client. She also manages our sample room and resource library, keeping materials up to date and readily available for both designers and clients.
Affectionately known as “The Great Shandini,” she’s our go-to for finding answers, uncovering details, and making sure every base is covered. If you need to know something—about design, materials, or just a random fun fact—Shandi probably already has the answer.
Her quirky, fun-loving personality and insatiable curiosity shine through in everything she does. Whether she’s crafting the perfect layout, managing resources, or bringing fresh ideas to the table, her infectious energy fuels both projects and client collaborations. Always happy, eager, and ready for a good laugh, Shandi keeps the bfd interiors team on their toes—and makes sure every design challenge is met with creativity, enthusiasm, and a splash of magic.

Kristie Reinhart
Account Manager
“Her connection with clients, designers, industry partners and all of us is universally FUN!”
Kristie Reinhart
Specializing in oil and gas, higher education, and C-suite clients, Kristie has a natural ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional results. She balances efficiency with a personal touch, making clients feel both heard and supported from concept to completion. Whether she’s managing complex projects or navigating tight deadlines, Kristie approaches every challenge with a solution-oriented mindset and a smile.
Kristie’s kindness and dedication are felt by everyone she works with, from colleagues to clients. She doesn’t just manage people—she truly connects with them, making her a driving force behind bfd interiors’ success.

Misty Hill
Account Manager
“Her cheerful attitude, and long standing experience in customer solutions as a sales and account manager, is invaluable..…”
Misty Hill
Her “high heels, higher standards” approach isn’t just a tagline—it’s how she operates. Misty sets the bar high, whether she’s advocating for her clients, pushing a project across the finish line, or making sure every detail is flawless. She’s equal parts direct communicator and problem-solver, bringing both style and substance to every project she manages.
A powerhouse with a sassy edge, Misty keeps the bfd interiors team on their toes (sometimes literally, trying to keep up with her). She doesn’t just manage projects—she elevates them. And if you ever need a little extra motivation? You’ll likely find one of her favorite quotes scribbled on a notecard, keeping her (and everyone around her) inspired.
